- Annual Justice Immersion (coffeehouse style kick off evening with music, skits, keynote, global justice game followed by a day long immersion into hands on justice experiential discovery ending in a justice mass). For more details see Justice Immersion information.
- Collaborative developer and leader (with founding director Perrin Brady) for 6 years of God Walk:
- 2002 and 2003, a 2 day and 6 day service and walking pilgrimage for youth and young adults and
- God Walk 2004 an 8 day immersion/pilgrimage experiences, collaboratively with director, Perrin Brady, and young adult team.
- 2005 and 2006 San Jose God Walk 2005, a 3 day event in the San Jose area with 5 deanery churches participanting as collaborators,
- San Jose God Walk 2007 a 5 day event in Oakland and San Francisco.
